What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery charges will be according to item purchase and delivery area.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Payment methods with a credit or debit card are accepted. If you have either of these cards with Kina Bank, Bank of South Pacific (BSP) or Westpac, you will be able to make purchases from our site. Where in Papua New Guinea do you do delivery?

We do delivery throughout the whole of Papua New Guinea. Once you go through our checkout stages, we do provide an estimate on domestic shipping fees which will then be confirmed by frieght forwarders e.g. DHL, TNT. 

How secure is shopping in the PNG Fishing Tackle Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once purchase of the item has been confirmed, an electronic invoice will be automatically sent to your email address.

What is a Payment Gateway?

A “Payment Gateway” is a merchant service we provide much like an EFTPOS in our physical store. The Payment Gateway allows for payments through authorised debit and credit cards online.

If the Payment Gateway is not showing, please wait for it to load. For the best results, please ensure that you are connected to high speed internet. If you are connected to our online shop via your phone, please ensure that you are in an area with good reception, we highly recommend any area with 4G connectivity for the best results.

What should I do if my payment is taking a while to process?

Please wait for the transaction to process while waiting. We will notify once your transaction has gone through. At any time, please DO NOT REFRESH THE PAGE while your payment is being processed, this could result in a transactional error. If this does occur, please contact us and your financial institution and we will be sure to assist.
